A detailed review of your builder documents to help you identify risks, missing inclusions, and layout concerns before contract signing - so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

    • Tender, inclusions, allowances and site costs                              (typically up to ~60 pages in total)

  • Identification of:

    • Cost risks and allowances gaps

    • Layout and functionality observations

    • Missing or unclear inclusions

    • Builder clarification items to confirm in writing

  • Deliverables:

    • Written summary with prioritised findings

    • Risk flags across cost, function, energy and builder clarification

    • One 45–60-minute video consultation to walk through the findings, and answer your questions
